Indringend en lief Brits drama over een vader die een belangrijke keuze moet maken voor de toekomst van zijn zoontje. John (James Norton) is een 35-jarige alleenstaande glazenwasser in Noord-Ierland die de zorg heeft over zijn zoontje Michael van vier. John heeft echter niet lang meer te leven, dus gaat hij op zoek naar de perfecte ouders voor Michael.
